NOVA Fabrication has five different international certificates from a proven accredited certification body. Although it proves itself by passing audits every year, it aims to complete its shortcomings.

EN 15085-2:2020+A1:2023
EN 15085-2: This European standard concerns the welding of rolling stock and components. It ensures that welding operations are performed at a certain quality level.
Classification Level CL1: This classification level refers to the criticality level of welded fabrications. CL1 is the highest criticality level for rolling stock and companies welding at this level are required to follow strict quality control and assurance procedures.
Activity Type P: This activity type indicates the stage of welded fabrications. Activity type P represents the “production” stage.
In summary, this certificate shows that NOVA FABRICATION METAL SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ has the competence and quality system to perform welding processes at the highest criticality level (CL1) in the production of vehicles and components used in railways. It has been verified by an independent organization that the company meets and consistently applies the requirements of the EN 15085-2 standard in welded manufacturing processes
EN ISO 3834-2 CERTIFICATE
ISO 3834-2 standard certificate is a system standard prepared by ISO in order to determine the appropriate quality requirements of welded manufacturing manufacturers based on the fusion welding method in metals.
ISO 3834-2 welded manufacturing qualification standard is related to the quality of the product that can be affected by welding and welding-related processes that can be applied in the production sector. ISO 3834-2 welded manufacturing qualification standard is a guiding standard for determining the quality requirements for welded manufacturing production in the factory or in the field and the welding capability of the manufacturer to produce at the specified quality.
EN ISO 3834-2 CERTIFICATE
ISO 3834-2 is an international standard that specifies the methods and quality requirements that welded manufacturing companies follow to ensure a certain level of quality. This standard defines the quality levels and quality control processes required at various stages of welded fabrication. The focus of ISO 3834-2 is to ensure that welded fabrication, products and parts conform to the required quality standards.
EN 1090 CERTIFICATE
The EN 1090 standard is defined as “Steel and aluminum construction applications”. Without going into very technical terms, to put it in a simpler way, it is a legal obligation in our country to provide EN 1090 certificate for product manufacturers such as steel structures, prefabricated structures, ladders, cranes, bridges, road barriers, pressurized equipment. This document is the CE certificate of the relevant manufacturers.
1.5.1.1 ISO 9001: 2015 > Quality Management Systems
NOVA Fabrication does not limit the applicability of ISO 9001: 2015 standards in the manufacturing quality process. However, the company complies with the requirements of these standards from the most basic unit of management to all units.
1.5.1.3 ISO 10002: 2014 > Customer satisfaction: Guidelines for Handling Complaints in Organizations
Customer Satisfaction is very important for Nova fabrication. We have demonstrated this importance by obtaining our ISO 10002: 2014 certificate. Having worked with many international companies we have gained experience and this enables us to know our customer’s needs. According to ISO 10002: 2014 standards, all complaints from customers are recorded in the database. In this way, we aim to minimize the complaints by providing continuous training to our quality control employees about the mistakes that are usually made during the manufacturing process. Since we are always solution-oriented, we try to solve the problem as soon as possible when a problem occurs. 1.5.1.4 ISO 45001: 2018 > IS Health and Safety Management System
Ensuring the health and safety of the employees at work should be the priority of every responsible organization. OHSAS 18001 is the only international standard that defines the requirements of the management system for occupational health and safety. Within the scope of the management system established in accordance with OHSAS 18001, health and safety risks in a workplace are defined and accident risks are reduced. The main objectives of our organization are both to implement all standards and to minimize risks by providing continuous training to employees.
1.5.1.5 ISO 14001: 2015 > Environmental Management Systems
In addition to having ISO 14001: 2015 environmental management system certificate, we prove that we attach importance to environmental awareness with what we do. Our goal is for our future generations leaving a cleaner and more liveable world. Every conscious organization must comply with these standards and prioritize environmental awareness in all its activities
1.5.1.2 ISO 3834-2: 2005 > Quality Requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials.
Nova Fabrication implements ISO 3834-2: 2005 Requirements in a disciplined manner with all relevant standards for Welding Quality Assurance in order to ensure proper product quality and final products to be packaged. Our resources are carried out by our certified and experienced welders after preliminary work by our welding engineers who have an international welding engineering degree. In addition, our quality control team minimizes all errors that may occur from the beginning of the project to the end. It implements strict controls in order to ensure the continuous progress of the production within the tolerances specified in the technical specifications in order to prevent time loss by providing continuous control during production.
We produce different types of metals such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Each material has its own welding method and standard. In our extensive WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) library, we can easily access the welding information of each standard. In addition, our Welding Engineers can prepare special welding for WPS in the shortest time period. The welds are implemented by the required WPQ (Welder Performance Qualification) certified welders.
