An electrical panel is essentially a load control center All electrical actions, such as power distribution, transmission, and power system protection, are carried out solely through the use of an electrical panel. Using an electrical panel and a wiring diagram, the electrical scheme (wiring diagram) will be established. Electrical panels are the physical manifestation of an electrical wiring diagram. It is made up of trip circuits, closing circuits, connectors, wires, MCCBs, MCBs, PCBs, NO and NCs, and so on. Electrical panels ensure the safe distribution of power to the load. Electrical panels are made of rolled steel and come in rectangles or square shapes. Electrical panels are classified into several types based on their application.
When it comes to electrical panel manufacturing there are four main electrical panel design basics or phases:

- Control system design and production planning to maximize efficiency.
- Hardware assembly and writing for the control system.
- Performing a thorough quality control procedure and updating all final documentation.
1. Session of Technical Q&A

2. Design of Electrical Panel & Production Planning
These initial steps set the tone for the entire project and determine how smoothly the rest of the process will proceed. 3. Electrical Panel Production
The accuracy and speed with which the design and planning phases are completed will have a significant impact on the control panel building process’s production phase. Panel construction can become extremely difficult if the overall design is inaccurate, or if parts and components are ordered or delivered later than expected. If a problem does arise, the control panel team must do the following:
- Make notes and mark where problems are coming from using the physical layout and schematic drawings.
- Discuss the issues with the designer and come up with a solution.
- After solutions have been determined, review the marked-up layouts and drawings with a quality control expert to explain why the design has changed.
4. Assurance of Electrical Panel Quality
